Tennessee Fund
In 2009 the Tennessee General Assembly created the TNInvestco program to encourage investments in small businesses with the potential to transform the state’s economy. Council, in partnership with Enhanced Capital Partners, formed Council & Enhanced Tennessee Fund and was awarded $20 million by TNInvestco to invest in qualifying companies.
The Tennessee Fund seeks high-growth companies (including minority-owned and women-owned businesses) that possess the ability to be transformational for the benefit of economic development in Tennessee and also generate high returns on invested capital for the Fund’s stakeholders.
