David B. Ingram

David is the owner of Ingram Entertainment Inc., the nation's largest distributor of DVDs and video games, and of DBI Beverage Inc., operator of California beer and non-alcoholic beverage distributorships in the Chico, Napa, Sacramento, San Francisco, San Joaquin County, San Jose, Truckee and Ukiah markets. Before taking ownership of Ingram Entertainment, David held a variety of positions with that company, including Chairman and President, and prior to that served as Assistant to the Treasurer of Ingram Industries Inc.  David is also a former Development Officer at Duke University. Currently David serves as President of The Golf Club of Tennessee, Chairman of the Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Management Board of Visitors, Vice Chairman of the Montgomery Bell Academy Board of Trustees and head of the Investment Committee for the Tennessee Golf Foundation. David earned a bachelor's degree from Duke University and MBA from Vanderbilt’s Owen Graduate School of Management. David is also a board member of Nashville, Tenn.-based Avenue Bank.
