Donald B. Taylor
Don is a highly experienced senior executive who successfully built public companies in financial and healthcare services both domestically and internationally. Don is currently a private investor and is the principal of BASE Consulting LLC. From 2002 to 2008 Don was EVP of Healthways (NASDAQ: HWAY) and during his tenure held multiple roles including EVP Sales, EVP/COO and EVP Sales, Marketing and Alliances. He was a member of the Healthway’s executive committee for six years, SOX compliance committee and succession planning committee. He has successfully managed complex corporate growth in a virtual startup, as well as a $750 million company in contract service outsourcing. Prior to Healthways, Don worked with Cendant corporation (NYSE:CD) and its precedent companies for 16 years from 1985 to 2001. Don’s last two assignments with Cendant were as Managing Director, Cendant International membership services, London, England and president of Fisi*Madison Financial, Nashville, Tenn. Don created a commanding loyalty with direct report teams, peers, staff and clients for over 22 years. He serves on the board of several venture-backed companies and is a director of Council Capital portfolio company NuScriptRX. Don earned a BA from Denison University in Granville, Ohio.
