Wyck A. Knox, Jr.

Wyck is of counsel to and former Chairman of the Executive Committee of Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP, a law firm with 14 domestic offices, four overseas offices and approximately 630 lawyers. He co-founded Knox and Zacks, which merged into the Kilpatrick firm in 1994. For 19 years, he was Chairman and CEO of Knox-Rivers Construction Company. He is currently a member of the Board of AGL Resources, Inc., University Health Services, Inc. and nBank Corp. and is a trustee of Young Harris College.

He was appointed by Governor Miller as a founding director of the Georgia Lottery Corp. and served as its Chairman for 8 years, during which profits of $3.65 billion were produced to fund education in Georgia.  He also served as a member of Metropolitan Atlanta Olympic Games Authority, which provided financial oversight to the 1996 games in Atlanta. He is a partner in Knox Properties LLLP and is President of Knox Charity Fund, Inc.
