  • Investment Team Grant Jackson Managing General Partner
  • Grant Jackson

    Managing General Partner, Investment Team

    EXPERIENCE
    Grant Jackson joined Council Capital in 2009 and is the firm’s Managing General Partner. He has focused entirely on private equity investing in the healthcare services and healthcare IT sectors since 2001. Prior to joining Council, Grant worked with two other private equity firms, The Aurora Funds and First Analysis Corporation. He began his career with Accenture helping companies grow and integrate acquisitions.

    Grant is currently on the Board of Council portfolio companies eMids, EspriGas, and Experience Wellness Centers.

    COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT / INTERESTS
    Grant is actively involved in the Nashville Health Care Council Fellows program, serves on the Board of Trustees for Hospital Corporation of America’s (HCA) flagship Centennial Medical Center and is also involved in various church community activities.

    Grant grew up in Zimbabwe, Africa, where he developed his love for travel and the outdoors. Grant stays active traveling extensively with his wife and three children, and loves fly fishing, reading, tennis and playing family skipper-ball, a ‘sport’ invented by his two sons.

    EDUCATION
    Grant received his undergraduate degree from the Florida State University and his MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, where he graduated with distinction as a Siebel Scholar.

    EXPERIENCE
    Eric started in private equity in 2004 and joined Council as a General Partner in 2013. Prior to joining Council, Eric worked for several private equity firms including DW Healthcare Partners, The Riverside Company and Norwest Equity Partners.  Prior to working in private equity, Eric started his career in investment banking at Credit Suisse First Boston and also spent time working in management consulting at Marakon Associates.

    Eric is on the Board of Council portfolio companies AdvaNet, Caregiver and Triad Learning Systems.

    COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT / INTERESTS
    Eric is an active member of the Nashville community – including involvement with Siloam Health, the Nashville Health Care Council, Young Life, West Nashville Sports League and his children’s schools.  Eric was selected as a member of the 2016 Nashville Health Care Council Fellows program.

    A native of God’s country (also known as Central Illinois), Eric spends most of his time outside of work accumulating random trivia knowledge, often sports related and chasing his four kids.

    EDUCATION
    He received his BA in Finance and Political Science with honors from the University of Illinois.

    EXPERIENCE
    As a successful financial services CEO, Denny created more than $7 billion in realized shareholder value. During his 32-year career in banking, he led or was intimately involved with 29 acquisitions. Denny has been the key executive of four banks, including: President and then Chairman and CEO of Commerce Union, Vice Chairman and COO of Sovran Bank, President and COO of C&S Sovran, and President and CEO of First American National Bank. He led First American from a net loss to a sale to AmSouth for $6.4 billion. With the merger of First American and AmSouth, he became Chairman of AmSouth until he left in 2000 to form Council Capital.

    His corporate board experience includes serving as a member of the Board of Directors of 11 companies from pre-revenue startups to Fortune 500 companies. In 2007, as Chair of the Strategic Planning Committee of the Board of Directors of Dollar General Corporation, he oversaw the process that culminated in the sale of Dollar General to KKR for $7 billion.

    COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT / INTERESTS
    Denny is a Trustee Emeritus of the Vanderbilt University Board of Trustees, a board that he joined in 1991 and on which he served as Vice Chairman for 11 years. In 2006, he was nominated by the President of the United States to the board of the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA), the nation’s largest public utility, where he served as Chairman. He also served on the Board of the Nashville Health Care Council.

    EDUCATION
    He received his BE in electrical engineering from Vanderbilt University and his MBA from Northwestern University.

    EXPERIENCE
    Katie began her career at Equitable Securities, rising through the ranks to become President of the company at the time of its sale to SunTrust in 1998. At Equitable, she was Chief Investment Officer with primary responsibility for the direct investment of the firm’s capital in both public and private emerging growth companies, including both healthcare and financial services businesses. Katie had primary responsibility for building and leading Equitable’s equity business, which was 90% of revenue at the time it was acquired.

    In addition to her position as President, Katie was a member of the Executive Committee and a member of the Board of Directors of Equitable Securities. After the sale to SunTrust, Katie became President and a member of the Board of Directors of the newly formed SunTrust Equitable Securities. She remained with SunTrust Equitable Securities until co-founding Council Capital in 2000.

    Katie serves on the Board of Council portfolio company Reach Health.

    COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT / INTERESTS
    Katie serves on the Advisory Council for the Center of Technology Transfer and Commercialization at Vanderbilt University and previously was a member of the Executive Council of the Harvard School of Public Health.

    EDUCATION
    Katie holds a BA cum laude in Economics from Vanderbilt University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

    Vice President, Investment Team

    EXPERIENCE
    At Council Capital, John’s responsibilities include portfolio company support and fund operations. His role with Council Capital has evolved over time since joining in 2008, and he is currently serving as CFO of portfolio company EspriGas.

    Prior to joining Council Capital, John worked in the Health Care Investment Banking Group at Raymond James in Nashville. At Raymond James, he was active in buy- and sell-side M&A advisory, as well as private placements and public equity offerings, playing key roles on 10 advisory engagements with an aggregate value of approximately $3.7 billion.

    COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT / INTERESTS
    John previously served on the board of directors of Leadership Health Care and was named Volunteer of the Year. He also previously served on the American Heart Association’s PULSE Board and Co-Chaired the Heart Gala Late Party. In 2011, he was recognized as one of Nashville’s Top 30 Under 30.

    When he’s not changing diapers for his twin girls, he can be found frequenting music venues with his wife. A native Louisianan, he loves all things Cajun (within reason) and SEC football.

    EDUCATION
    John graduated from Vanderbilt University with a BS in economics and engineering science and minors in corporate strategy, financial economics and management of technology.

    Associate

    EXPERIENCE
    Taylor joined Council Capital in 2015, and his responsibilities include new investment evaluation, due diligence, and portfolio company support.

    Previously, Taylor spent three years developing top-line growth strategies as a consultant with Deloitte in their Chicago office. At Deloitte, Taylor primarily focused on business launch strategy, customer segmentation, market sizing and forecasting, and operating model development for healthcare, telecommunications, and consumer-focused companies.

    COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT / INTERESTS
    Taylor serves on the membership committee for Leadership Health Care and is actively involved with the Nashville Health Care Council, ACG Tennessee, and MLS2Nashville.

    He spends his time outside the office tinkering with his house with his wife and watching the Chicago Cubs.

    EDUCATION
    Taylor graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with a BS in Finance and Economic Consulting.

  • Jon L’Heureux

    Senior Vice President, Business Development

    EXPERIENCE
    Jon joined Capital Council in 2016. He has responsibility for identifying and networking in key markets positioned for growth and will continue to enhance a proactive approach towards investment opportunities. Jon has nearly 20 years in development roles within healthcare, most recently as VP, Development for Surgical Care Affiliates (SCA).

    Previous to his time at SCA, Jon served as VP, Strategic Accounts for SpecialtyCare, overseeing development efforts for national health care systems, channel partners and other strategic alignment strategies. He also has experience in the development of outpatient wound care centers for the Western United States as well as management of Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) relationships.

    COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT / INTERESTS
    Jon previously served on the board of Physician Hospitals of America (PHA), an industry advocacy group for physician owned hospitals.

    With children in both college and grade school, Jon and his wife appreciate the experiences of each stage of life from little league and theater to first apartments.  Jon and his wife spend their downtime exploring new restaurants and cities.  He has yet to lose a bet that someone new could spell his last name correctly, including the apostrophe.

    Jon graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in Business Administration.

    Director, Business Development 

    EXPERIENCE
    Kim joined Council Capital in 2016 to lead the outbound marketing efforts. With over 13 years of experience in healthcare services and 25+ years in varying sales and business development roles, Kim has been responsible for directing and managing major sales pipeline development strategies across healthcare, with an emphasis on targeted outreach and sales support. Her primary experience has focused on the development of executive level relationships across the healthcare spectrum and includes extensive networking and relationship-building skills. Kim’s ability to successfully drive organizational sales value for each company she has supported is a direct result of her leveraged connections across industry lines.

    Prior to joining Council Capital, Kim was Director of Business Development with SpecialtyCare, a national clinical services provider based in Nashville. Previous to that role, she led the way in outreach and development for a major national wound care company, now known as Healogix.

    COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT / INTERESTS
    Kim supports organizations near and dear to her heart to include the Tennyson Center for Children, Boys & Girls Club of Metro Denver, Rocky Mountain ALS, Southwest Denver YMCA and is an active member in her church.  Nearly an empty-nester, Kim and her husband share a love for travel which allows her to experience two of her favorite interests: diverse ethnic foods and fine (red) wines.

    EDUCATION
    Kim earned her BA from the University of Arizona, Tucson and resides in Denver, Colorado.

    EXPERIENCE
    Sameer partners with Council Capital’s portfolio companies either in a fractional CIO / CTO role or in a strategic advisory capacity. Sameer brings a pragmatic yet innovative vision and a results oriented focus to IT with a rare breadth and depth of experience encompassing data analytics, software development, infrastructure management, digital engagement, information security, and vendor partnerships.

    Prior to joining Council Capital, Sameer was CIO / CTO at Onlife Health (a BCBS Tennessee subsidiary), a digital health and wellness company serving 11+ million lives. He has led IT services at multiple billion-dollar organizations and has created world-class startups. Sameer has also gained extensive healthcare experience through his work leading technology teams at MedSolutions (CIO), PureSafety (CTO), and Misys Healthcare Systems (Manager of Software Development).

    COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT / INTERESTS
    Sameer is actively involved in mentoring multiple technology startups in the Nashville area and also in India. He also volunteers at the Technology Advisory Board at the TN Department of Intellectual Developmental Disabilities.

    When not working, Sameer enjoys spending time with family and friends. The Bhargava family enjoys exploring new places and are well travelled globally. Sameer also likes experimenting with Indian cooking and can stir up a mean lamb curry!

    Sameer holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, India.

    Portfolio CFO, Shared Senior Portfolio Executive

    EXPERIENCE
    Heather has over 23 years of experience working in the accounting field, beginning her career with Price Waterhouse in Seattle, Washington, working on numerous initial public offerings and secondary offerings.  After spending ten years in public accounting, Heather transitioned to the private sector in the capacity of CFO in the high-tech industry in Seattle Washington.  Wanting to expand her experience into operations, Heather became COO and CFO for a health and human services company headquartered in Spokane, Washington.  Heather has significant experience working with businesses of all sizes, including public, private and venture-backed entities.

    COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT / INTERESTS
    Heather is actively involved in the community of Spokane Washington, serving on the Board of Directors and Finance Committee of multiple organizations, including her church and several schools. In her free time, Heather enjoys running, yoga and snow skiing in the beautiful Northwest.

    Heather has a BS in accounting from the University of Washington Foster School of Business.

    EXPERIENCE
    Pam joined Council Capital at its formation in 2000 as executive assistant and office manager. She assists in all phases of the day-to-day operations of the firm. Prior to joining Council Capital, Pam was an executive assistant and institutional sales assistant to Katie Gambill at SunTrust Equitable Securities (formerly Equitable Securities Corporation), a position she held for 15 years.

    Pam, who has been with Council Capital since the beginning, enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, son-in-law and grandson and puttering around her farm in Joelton.

  • Chris Smith

    Director – Venture Back Office, Operational Team

    EXPERIENCE
    Chris has over 6 years of private equity accounting experience at Venture Back Office and brings to the firm more than 6 years of public accounting experience from his time with Ernst & Young, LLP in both the Boston and Raleigh offices. Chris has extensive financial service organization, life sciences, and software accounting experience, and a proven track record of auditing initial public offerings in all three industries.

    COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT / INTERESTS
    He currently is a member the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants (ncaCPA). He holds a designation of Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), as well.

    Outside the office, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys. He is active in coaching youth sports and enjoys playing basketball and golf.

    Chris has a BS in accounting from North Carolina State University. He also holds an MBA from the University of Massachusetts.

EXPERIENCE
Tremauri has more than 8 years of accounting experience. His experience includes 3.5 years of financial statement auditing experience with Deloitte, 4 years of private equity accounting experience, and experience in completing fund performance reporting for a fund of funds manager.

In his free time, Tremauri enjoys cooking on the grill, following sports, and spending time with friends and family.

EDUCATION
Tremauri received his BS in Accounting from North Carolina A&T State University and his Masters in Accounting from the University of North Carolina – Wilmington.

    EXPERIENCE
    John currently serves as CEO of L.A. Care Health Plan, which provides health coverage to more than 2.0 million low-income L.A. County residents. Previously, Baackes served as CEO of Council Capital portfolio company Senior Whole Health (SWH) from 2005 to 2012, growing revenue from under $1 million to more than $300 million, for which the company was recognized as the #1 fastest growing company in the U.S. by Inc. Magazine. SWH specialized in the dual-eligible market, serving low-income seniors. He has also served as President of AmeriHealth Caritas VIP Plans, as a SVP for Group Health Incorporated, and as President of Kaiser Permanente’s Northeast division.

    COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT/INTERESTS
    John currently serves on the boards of America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP), Medicaid Health Plans of America (MHPA), and as a Trustee at Southern Vermont College.

    EXPERIENCE
    Jim serves on the Investment Committee for Fund I, II, and III. Jim was CEO and principal shareholder of Techsonic Industries, Inc., a leading global marine electronics company including well-known brands such as Humminbird™ (e.g., FishFinder and DepthFinder). During his time as CEO, he grew the company’s revenue from under $1 million to over $120 million.

    Jim has served on 16 boards of directors, including several Council Capital portfolio companies (Executive Chairman of EVault and Chairman of EndoChoice and EspriGas). He also serves as Chairman of TalentQuest, a talent management company.

    COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT/INTERESTS
    Jim serves as a Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army for Georgia and has served on the executive committee of the USO Council of Georgia. He also serves on the advisory board of the Shepherd Center Foundation, which is associated with a 152-bed non-profit hospital that focuses on spinal cord and brain injury.

    EXPERIENCE
    Joanne served as President of Kimberly-Clark Healthcare, an organization with approximately $1.7 billion in revenue and 16,500 employees globally. Previously, Bauer served as the VP of Global Marketing for Healthcare and as VP of KimFibers, both at Kimberly-Clark. Bauer joined Kimberly-Clark in 1981 in the Adult Care sector and has served in numerous marketing roles during her time with the company.

    Joanne currently serves as a Director of Omnicell (NASDAQ: OMCL) and previously served on the Board of Medivance, which was acquired by C. R. Bard (NYSE: BCR) for approximately $250 million.

  • Rob Berling
  • Rob Berling

    EXPERIENCE
    Rob serves as President of Berling Associates and is an expert in channel dynamics and process reengineering. Prior to 1991, Rob was a partner in Arthur Andersen & Co. where he held a number of leadership positions within the Business Consulting practice. His innovative approaches to solving client challenges were used as the basis for a number of firm-wide initiatives such as activity based costing, customer focused activity analysis, and supply chain management.

    Rob serves on the Board of Council Capital portfolio company EspriGas, where he was instrumental in overseeing the spin-out of the company from Linde AG. In addition, he played a key role in helping EndoChoice integrate the acquisitions of Peer Medical and RMS Endoskopie‐Technik.

    COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT/INTERESTS
    Rob supports several Atlanta area organizations, including the Children’s Restoration Network, a non-profit that serves homeless children and mothers, the Susan G. Komen breast cancer organization, and the Woodruff Arts Center. Rob is also active in his church community and serves on the Finance Committee.

    EXPERIENCE
    Larry served as CEO of Connolly, LLC (now known as Cotiviti [NYSE: COTV]), the largest privately-held recovery audit firm, from 1985 until 2013. The company reviews more than a trillion transactions each year, recovering $2 billion in overpayments in the healthcare and retail sectors. During his tenure, Connolly grew from 30 associates to over 1,250 and enjoyed a top line growth rate of more than 20% for over 20 years by entering new markets and new geographies.

    COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT/INTERESTS
    Larry is Chairman of the Georgia Prevention Project and a Board Member of CURE Childhood Cancer. He also serves on the Entrepreneurship Advisory Board at the University of Washington and Lee.

    Mack is Chairman of AAA Cooper Transportation and previously served as Chairman and CEO. AAA Cooper Transportation has a network of more than 70 service centers providing freight service to approximately 15,000 cities across 21 states, primarily in the Southeast. The company employs approximately 5,000 people and operates a fleet of over 2,400 tractor units.

    COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT/INTERESTS
    Mack has held numerous leadership roles with key business and civic organizations in Alabama and the national transportation industry throughout his career. He currently serves on the executive committee and board of directors of the American Trucking Industry. He is also an active supporter of the University of Tennessee through both scholarships and an endowed professorship.

    EXPERIENCE
    Reid is President and CEO of AAA Cooper Transportation. He joined the company in 1994 and has held many positions in the company from Truck Washer to Driver to Service Center Manager. He was named President of the company in 2001.

    AAA Cooper Transportation has a network of more than 70 service centers providing freight service to approximately 15,000 cities across 21 states, primarily in the Southeast. The company employs approximately 5,000 people and operates a fleet of over 2,400 tractor units.

    COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT/INTERESTS
    Reid formerly and currently serves on a variety of boards of directors, including BCBS of Alabama, Alabama Trucking Association, Auburn University Business School and Transportation School, and UAB Comprehensive Diabetes Center. He is also a member of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta Transportation Committee and the Young Presidents Organization.

  • Chris Durham

    EXPERIENCE
    Chris co-founded ApolloMD, a leading multispecialty clinical outsourcing services company that provides anesthesia, radiology, hospital medicine, and emergency department management. ApolloMD’s 2,000 clinicians see more than 4 million patients a year. In 2009, Durham received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for his role in developing ApolloMD’s innovative business model which aligns provider incentives to optimize patient care and efficiency.

    Prior to ApolloMD, he served as president of DMS, Inc. a New York based physician recruiting, staffing and healthcare contract management firm. He has been a licensed attorney since 1994 and has previously served as legal counsel for corporations and individual physicians, dealing with such issues as compliance, risk management, contracts and collections.

    COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT/INTERESTS
    Chris currently serves on the board for the American Heart Association and has been appointed to the Advisory Board for the Medical College of Georgia at Georgia Regents University.

    EXPERIENCE
    Gene Fleming most recently served as the Executive Chairman of ReDoc, a leading provider of documentation software for the physical, occupational, and speech rehabilitation industries. Previously, Fleming served as Chairman, President and CEO of Cogent Healthcare from 2005 to 2011. When Cogent Healthcare merged with Hospitalists Management Group (HMG) in 2011, it formed the largest private hospitalist company in the US.

    Gene has also served as President and CEO of Surgical Alliance Corporation, COO of Quorum Health Group and President of the Eastern Group at Hospital Corporation of America. He is on the board of PhyMED Holdings and Aspire Healthcare and is Chairman of QualDerm Partners

    COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT/INTERESTS
    Gene is the former Chairman of the Florida League of hospitals and has served on the board of the Florida Hospital Association, the Federation of American Hospitals and the Regional Policy Board of the American Hospital Association. Fleming is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

    EXPERIENCE
    Herb founded HealthSpring in 2000 and served as the Chairman and CEO until Cigna acquired the company in 2012 for $3.8 billion, staying on as the president of Cigna-HealthSpring until 2016. Herb is a widely respected expert on Medicare Advantage as well as working with physician leaders within incentivized, accountable structures.

    Herb was also a co-founder of North American Medical Management and previously held leadership positions at Partners National Healthplans as well as SANUS. Herb began his career as an actuary.

    COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT/INTERESTS
    Herb is co-owner of the Nashville Predators NHL hockey team and is an active supporter of Carleton College through an endowed scholars program.

    EXPERIENCE

At Equitable, she was Chief Investment Officer with primary responsibility for the direct investment of the firm’s capital in both public and private emerging growth companies, including both healthcare and financial services businesses. Katie had primary responsibility for building and leading Equitable’s equity business, which was 90% of revenue at the time it was acquired.

    In addition to her position as President, Katie was a member of the Executive Committee and a member of the Board of Directors of Equitable Securities. After the sale to SunTrust, Katie became President and a member of the Board of Directors of the newly formed SunTrust Equitable Securities. She remained with SunTrust Equitable Securities until co-founding Council Capital in 2000.

    Katie serves on the Board of Council portfolio company Reach Health.

    Previously, he served as CEO of Guardian Home Care, Interim CEO of LifeCare Holdings, and Interim CEO of Cogent Healthcare. Hamburg also founded MediSphere Health Partners and served as its CEO and President. Hamburg has served in several senior administrative positions with major non-profit acute care hospitals. Hamburg currently serves as a Director of Podiatry Insurance Company of America.

Coventry Corporation was acquired by Aetna in 2013 for $7.3 billion.

    Before joining HAP and Henry Ford in 2016, Kline was the SVP and Chief Health Care Management Officer for Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC), the fourth largest U.S. health insurer. She has served as SVP of HealthSouth, CEO of CHA Health (a University of Kentucky Health System Health Plan), President and CEO of UnitedHealthcare of Georgia, and Regional VP of Aetna Health Plans in the Southeast, where she managed 25% of Aetna’s group health business, which included 3.4 million members and $1.5 billion in revenue.

    Kline serves as a Director of Presbyterian Health Plan and an Advisor to NFANT Labs and Altegra Health. Previously, she served as a Director and Chairman of the Board for Availity, Medecision and Innovista Health Solutions.

    Scarlett held leadership roles at Tractor Supply Company from 1979 until his retirement at the end of 2007. During his 10+ years as CEO, the company’s revenues quadrupled, and the price of its stock increased ten-fold. Scarlett played a key role in the initiative to return the company to profitability through improved customer service and focused product selection as part of a classic leveraged buyout.  He was instrumental in developing the company culture which today is often copied.

    Tractor Supply Company was honored by Forbes as one of the “Best Managed Companies in America” and Scarlett was recognized as Ernst & Young’s Southeast Entrepreneur of the Year.

    Joe served 20 years on the board of the nation’s largest retail trade organization, including four as its chairman.     Mike was most recently SVP and Group Ministry Operating Executive for Ascension Health, where he oversaw operational and financial performance of multiple Ascension Ministry Markets with a total of $5 billion of revenue and 34 hospitals. Ascension Health is the largest non-profit health system in the US. Mike previously served as President and CEO of Saint Thomas Health, a Tennessee-based hospital system with more than $1.0 billion of revenue that is also part of Ascension Health. Additionally, he served as the CEO of Lutheran Health Network, a unit of Community Health Systems, where he was a Division VP responsible for 10 hospitals.

    Prior to Community Health Systems, Dr. Schatzlein practiced cardiothoracic and vascular surgery and performed northern Indiana’s first heart transplant.
    Mike is currently chairman of The Center for Medical Interoperability, a provider-supported nonprofit that is establishing a reference architecture for medical devices and electronic records. He is also a nationally-recognized thought leader in the field of population health management, having helped create MissionPoint Health (now known as Ascension Care Management), which is an Accountable Care Organization (ACO) that has 250,000 members in seven states.

His longstanding relationships extend to an extraordinary number of healthcare’s most successful serial entrepreneurs and senior managers.

    Nearly 25 years ago Simons founded a quarterly breakfast forum for healthcare C-suite executives that is still continued by Council Capital.

    Meade has spent the past 20 years as an angel investor in Atlanta. He also created a holding company for telecommunication interests, where he currently serves as President and CEO. Prior to PowerFone, he purchased and was President of Johnson Communications Corporation until it was acquired by Nextel.

    Early on in his career, Meade was with Kimberly-Clark Corporation, where he rose to VP and General Manager of the Service and Industrial Division. Prior to that experience, he spent six years at Scientific-Atlanta in a number of sales, marketing and operations management positions.

    Meade is active with his alma mater Georgia Institute of Technology in a variety of capacities, including helping launch the Flashpoint Incubator.
