Council Capital Hires Chief Talent Officer Chris Nichols to Help Portfolio Companies Improve Recruiting Capabilities 

Nashville, TN – October 17, 2023 – Council Capital, a leading private equity firm focused on investing in the healthcare sector, today announced the hiring of Chris Nichols as its new Chief Talent Officer. In this role, Chris will be responsible for supporting Council Capital’s portfolio companies as they develop and implement talent strategies, with a specific focus on improving recruiting capabilities. 

Chris brings over a decade of experience in the talent management industry, most recently serving as the Vice President of Strategy & Integration at Job.com. In this role, he was responsible for leading the transition to Digital Recruitment, integrating 5 acquired businesses into a singular GTM & leadership team, while developing and implementing workforce strategies for the company’s client solutions. Prior to that, he held senior talent management roles at Endevis (acquired by Job.com) and Priority Staffing Group.
